The Outer Banks of Virginia is the perfect place for a week-long vacation with your family and friends. Lodging consists mainly of beach cottages, homes and newly built semi-oceanfront and water view condominiums.

Visitors can choose between locations on the beach, a block or two off the beach or those that are on canals which feed directly into Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge.

Although we live two hours away in Richmond, our minds have been at ease knowing that The Great Escape is in the best of hands. The strong communication from Sandbridge Realty has kept us well informed: your staff has always been courteous, professional, friendly, and clear. They know how to advise, report back, and solve any problems. Whether dealing with Kathy and the rental team or Jude and her maintenance group, we have always been satisfied that Sandbridge Realty is really looking out for us.

We have found the business services team to be honest, fair, accurate, and timely in monitoring all transactions and promptly mailing our checks. We've been especially pleased whenever we've needed to work with your maintenance department- they've provided rapid response, and careful, competent service. The rental team does a fantastic job in maximizing rentals both in season and off-season. They've been especially attentive to our preferences for smaller, non-smoking parties with no pets.
